Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a designated cash bank and adhere to all cash handling protocols.
  • Process payments for beverages served and reconcile all transactions.
  • Ensure the bar area is well-stocked and equipped with necessary tools and ingredients for beverage preparation.
  • Serve light snacks or food items to patrons seated at the bar when appropriate.
  • Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of food and beverage offerings, including menus and promotional items.
Qualifications:

While a minimum of two years of experience in a fast-paced dining environment is preferred, we are willing to train the right individual.

  • Solid knowledge of wines, beers, spirits, and bartending techniques, with the ability to learn and execute drink recipes.
  • A friendly and outgoing demeanor, coupled with a genuine passion for food, beverages, and customer service.
  • A strong commitment to providing a unique and memorable experience for guests.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations.
  • Capability to multitask and thrive in a busy environment.
  • Basic math skills and proficiency in handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
  • A valid food handler card is required.
