Our Home Health Branch Managers are responsible for overseeing the operations of our branches, ensuring that our patients receive the highest quality care in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of branch operations, including sales, market development, and financial results
  • Lead a team of dedicated professionals in providing exceptional patient care
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company policies and procedures
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the Administrator and employees

Requirements:

  • Current unrestricted license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state associated with this position
  • Current CPR/AED/BLS/First Aid certification
  • Reliable transportation to/from care sites and/or work locations
  • One (1) year of professional experience practicing as a Registered Nurse (RN) in home health or similar setting; previous case management/utilization review experience preferred
  • A registered nurse license in good standing
  • Minimum of three (3) years of home health care experience required
  • Two (2) years of management experience required
