Job Summary

At Gardant, we are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aide to join our team. As a Home Health Aide, you will provide dignified care to our residents, guiding them through their activities of daily living. You will connect with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner, creating a lasting and positive experience.

Responsibilities

* Provide personalized care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met
* Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities through attendance and participation in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences
* Comply with all rules and regulations regarding confidentiality and privacy of resident information
* Perform any other duties as assigned

Qualifications

* High School graduate or GED equivalent required
* Must have successfully completed an accredited Home Health Aide (HHA) program in the State of Indiana
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
* Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity
