Key Responsibilities:

  • Cordination of sterilization schedules to meet daily OR needs
  • Managing staff workload to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Training new employees and providing ongoing support
  • Maintenance of sterilizing equipment and troubleshooting issues
  • Collaboration with other departments to resolve issues and improve processes
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in sterile processing or related field
  • Certification in Sterile Processing and Distribution (CSPDT) or Certified Surgical Technologist (CST)
