About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Night Auditor to join our team at Springhill Suites Millbrook - RAM Hotels. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk during late night hours.

Key Responsibilities
  • Verify guest reservations and process check-ins and check-outs
  • Accommodate guest requests and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Maintain accurate records and perform nightly audits
  • Work closely with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1+ years of experience in a hotel or hospitality setting preferred
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends
