Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Night Auditor. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all front desk operations during late night hours.

Responsibilities
  1. Serve as a liaison between guests and hotel staff, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner
  2. Process guest payments and maintain accurate records of transactions
  3. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations and high levels of customer satisfaction
  4. Perform nightly audits to ensure accuracy and completeness of all front desk operations
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1+ years of experience in a hotel or hospitality setting preferred
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends
