About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Landscape Crew Supervisor to join our team at Down To Earth Landscape & Irrigation. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of service delivery to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the work of our landscape maintenance crew to ensure efficient and effective completion of tasks.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve crew productivity and efficiency.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure compliance with company safety policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences and ensure that our services meet their expectations.
  • Manage and maintain company equipment and vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition.
  • Provide training and guidance to crew members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in landscape maintenance or installation.
  • Minimum 1 year of leadership experience managing crew labor in the landscaping industry.
  • Valid Florida Driver's License and ability to pass an MVR check.
  • Ability to work in all weather conditions and perform physical work.
  • Reliable transportation.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
