Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our team at Concentra. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our occupational health services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Obtain patient medical histories and verify patient information
  • Prepare patients for physical examinations, including taking vital signs and performing required testing
  • Provide assistance during examinations and treatment
  • Perform ancillary testing and tasks as directed by the Center Medical Director
  • Conduct DOT and Non-DOT drug and alcohol testing
  • Assist with front office duties, including greeting patients and obtaining authorization
Requirements
  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program or training as a medical assistant
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, clinical office environment
  • Certified Medical Assistant (CMA, RMA) preferred but not required
  • Conversational fluency in both English and Spanish
