About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Manager to join our Eye Care team in Southfield, MI. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for meeting and exceeding corporate sales objectives at the territory level.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong working partnerships with targeted ECP accounts, representing the vision and culture of Viatris to the Eye Care community.
  • Appropriately leverage expertise of disease state knowledge, the marketplace, and industry and business trends to effectively manage and pull-through business opportunities.
  • Deliver MLR-approved, education-focused, and patient-centric messages, as well as appropriate disease-state information to target ECP accounts.
  • Achieve business goals on a quarterly and annual basis, effectively driving territory performance while adhering to compliance and regulatory standards.
  • Work collaboratively with all internal partners to create a positive experience for targeted Eye Care accounts and their patients.
  • Effectively utilize territory business planning tools to help uncover additional business opportunities.
  • Manage and utilize approved resources effectively to maximize pull-through on potential and growth opportunities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed.
  • 2+ years of pharmaceutical, medical, or related sales experience with a proven and successful track record in all aspects of technical knowledge, selling techniques, and comprehensive understanding of medical terminology.
  • Eye care experience preferred, but not required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, applicable CRM, and similar databases.
  • Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading, and writing English.
