Job Summary

As a Home Health Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients regain their independence and improve their quality of life. Our team is dedicated to providing compassionate and personalized care to our patients, and we are seeking a skilled and motivated Occupational Therapist to join our team.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify patients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide occupational therapy interventions to help patients develop the skills and abilities needed to perform daily activities and maintain their independence.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordinate patient care.
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
  • Supervise and educate patients and their families on proper techniques and strategies for maintaining independence.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent required.
  • Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent preferred.
  • Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice required.
  • Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
