Job Overview

Sally's mission is to provide exceptional vehicle and service solutions for professional drivers. As a key member of our Union City (Atlanta area) team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the best-in-class service experience for our customers.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Fleet Associate who is passionate about vehicles. You will be responsible for solving real-time logistical problems, performing vehicle readiness checks, and transporting vehicles to various facilities. Your attention to detail and ability to work independently will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be the first point of contact for all vehicle-related issues and ensure best-in-class service
  • Perform vehicle readiness checks/offboards through our internal systems
  • Transporting vehicles to fueling, cleaning, staging, and maintenance/repair facilities
  • Execute vehicle recoveries
  • Complete other projects and tasks as assigned by our leadership team
Requirements
  • 3+ years with a US State DMV license
  • Cautious and precise motor skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Diligent punctuality
  • Must have a high level of computer proficiency
  • Fluency in English and Spanish required
Benefits

Compensation range: $16-$20/hr
