Job Title: Breast Cancer Navigator

At Garnet Health, we are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Breast Cancer Navigator to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care and support throughout their breast cancer journey.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and implement individualized care plans for breast cancer patients.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families, addressing their physical, emotional, and practical needs.
  • Facilitate communication between patients, healthcare providers, and other members of the care team.
  • Assist with coordination of care, including scheduling appointments, tests, and treatments.
  • Monitor patient progress and outcomes, making adjustments to care plans as needed.
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree in Nursing or Imaging/Radiology required; Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in Oncology or Breast Specialty Nursing/Imaging required.
  • Strong computer skills and communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Current licensure, certification, and registration for healthcare field.
