Salary and Benefits:
This full-time position comes with an estimated salary of $80,000-$95,000 in the first year, with opportunities for growth and advancement. Additionally, you can expect to receive medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401(k) plan as part of our comprehensive benefits package.

Job Description:
As a Protective Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading and training protector teams, utilizing GDBA's mission-critical resources, and ensuring the safety and security of our clients in various challenging situations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should possess one or more of the following experience levels/credentials:
  • At least 3 years of experience in conducting close protection/executive protection operations for high-net-worth clients/at-risk clients.
  • Experience working in residential, corporate, technology, or military/law enforcement protective security details (PSD) environments is preferred.
  • International or domestic field/travel experience is beneficial but not required.
  • 3+ years of working in a full-time certified law enforcement officer position(s).
  • HR-218 (LEOSA) eligibility or possession of a concealed carry (CCW) permit is notable.
  • 2+ years of experience as an Emergency Medical Technician (NREMT), a Paramedic (NREMT-P) or a Registered Nurse (RN). Equivalent military medical experience is also accepted such as a Corpsman, Combat Medic, and Special Operations Medical experience, etc.

Your Role and Responsibilities:
You will communicate directly with clients, collaborate with senior leadership, plan shift schedules, monitor property, screen visitors and vendors, control access, coordinate security plans, respond to medical emergencies, provide physical protection, logistical support, and secure transportation as needed.

Professional Development Opportunities:
You will undergo 12-Day Introductory Essential Protector Skills (EPS) Training Academy and participate in Professional Leadership Track (PLT) - 2-year on-the-job executive protection training curriculum that prepares Protectors for future leadership positions at GDBA. You will also have the opportunity to earn additional certifications and stipends.

Earning Potential and Overtime Opportunities:
In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for bonuses, overtime pay, travel allowances, and other incentives.
