We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Engineer Intern to support our Components Manufacturing Facility. As a Quality Assurance Engineer Intern, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our products and processes.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and revise Quality systems and procedures to ensure compliance with current practices.
- Conduct Government and FAA requested audits and investigations, and report on corrective action steps taken to prevent recurrences.
- Gather and analyze performance data to aid in the development of process improvement projects.
- Conduct process or product based audits in production or functional areas or within the supply base.
- Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or related field.
- Professional and diplomatic demeanor.
- Strong sense of accountability and integrity.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Time management skills to support multiple concurrent projects.
- Ability to deal with change and work in a dynamic environment.
- Proficient in use of standard Microsoft Office programs.
As a Quality Assurance Engineer Intern at Textron Aviation, you will have the opportunity to work on challenging projects, develop your skills, and contribute to the success of our organization. We offer a dynamic and supportive work environment, with opportunities for growth and development.
