  • Japanese language proficiency is essential

Qualifications for the Japanese Bilingual Audit Coordinator position:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline
  • Fluency in both Japanese and English
  • Experience in operational or ISO auditing
  • Understanding of JSox and the Japanese manufacturing/automotive sector
  • Familiarity with Audit compliance and risk assessment
  • Strong analytical abilities and meticulous attention to detail
  • Capability to work autonomously and in team settings
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities of the Japanese Bilingual Audit Coordinator:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of audit activities
  • Perform analytical evaluations on financial and operational information
  • Maintain comprehensive audit documentation
  • Assess organizational financial health and processes
  • Recommend enhancements to business systems and controls
  • Identify and rectify inefficiencies
  • Analyze financial statements and aid in report development
  • Collaborate with Japan HQ Audit Department and other relevant parties
  • Carry out additional responsibilities as necessary

Employment Type: Full-time

Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
