Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Pediatric Neurology Medical Director to lead our clinical team and provide administrative medical leadership within a Cortica Area. The successful candidate will have a strong background in pediatric neurology, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve clinical and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative medical leadership within a Cortica Area, including direct management and supervision of physicians and nurse practitioners.
  • Provide medical care to patients with autism, ADHD, and other neurodevelopmental differences as part of a collaborative multidisciplinary clinical team at Area clinics.
  • Partner with Area Directors and other area administrative leaders to achieve clinical and operational excellence.
  • Lead, inspire, and motivate area medical team and broader clinical/operational team to align and execute on Cortica's mission.
  • Participate in business development, program leadership, community outreach, and payer relations in collaboration with Cortica leadership to promote Cortica's organizational development.
Requirements
  • Completed Medical School from an Accredited University.
  • Completed a Residency or Fellowship in Child Neurology.
  • Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Child Neurology, Neurodevelopmental Disabilities, or other related specialty.
  • Unrestricted medical license in the corresponding states (Massachusetts, New Jersey, North Carolina) or ability to obtain one before the start.

The base pay range for this opening is $240,000 to $312,000. According to your skill level, relevant experience, education level, and location, you will receive compensation that fits appropriately within the range.
