Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Neurology Nurse Practitioner to join our team at the University of Vermont Medical Center. The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care, collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive healthcare services.
Responsibilities:
Conduct in-person and virtual clinics for patients with neurological conditions.
Perform injection procedures as part of patient treatment plans.
Support outpatient services for the headache neurology team.
Assist with peer-to-peer insurance denial appeals.
Requirements:
Must be an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) with a formal education program approved by the Vermont Board of Nursing or a state or national accrediting agency.
Previous experience as a Nurse Practitioner is desired, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
Work Schedule:
Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
