Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Automotive Sales Professional to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building lifelong client relationships, consulting with customers to select the perfect vehicle, and providing professional vehicle demonstrations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build Lifelong Client Relationships: Connect with customers and cultivate relationships that turn them into clients for life.
  • Consultative Selling: Listen to customer needs and guide them in selecting the perfect vehicle.
  • Be a Product Expert: Continuously expand your knowledge on our vehicle offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies.
  • Professional Vehicle Demonstrations: Show off our new and used vehicles with high-quality, professional demonstrations.
  • Customer Follow-Up: Ensure customer satisfaction and encourage referral business through diligent follow-up.
  • Overcome Sales Challenges: Learn to navigate objections and excel in various sales situations.
  • Sales Reporting: Report directly to the Sales Manager, keeping them informed about your objectives, activities, and performance.

  • Self-Starter Mentality: Entrepreneurial spirit and a proactive attitude.
  • Eager Learners: Ready to dive in and master the details of our products.
  • Excellent Communicators: Strong communication skills with both customers and team members.
  • Professional Appearance: Present yourself in a professional and well-groomed manner.
  • Clean Driving Record: A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are a must.
  • Background Check Ready: Willingness to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
