Medium to Heavy-Duty Truck Technician

This role involves performing preventative maintenance, repairs, and inspections of medium to heavy-duty trucks, trailers, and reefer units to ensure their operational efficiency and safety.
Responsibilities:
- Complete and perform preventative maintenance on minor repairs and standard component inspections/repairs of fleet diesel equipment
- Ensure equipment has required licensing and registration prior to being deemed as "roadworthy"
- Complete thorough documentation for work orders of repairs and preventative maintenance through the online Enterprise Asset Management system
- Installs, replaces, and repairs onboard computers
- Performs routine maintenance tasks, including changing oil, checking batteries, and lubricating equipment and machinery
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in medium to heavy-duty vehicle repair
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required
- Strong diagnostic skills and knowledge of diesel engine systems
