About Us

TK Promotions Inc. is a prominent Business Consulting and Management Firm located in the Charlotte area. The Strategic Business Consultant will play a crucial role in enhancing profitability by collaborating with the marketing and sales teams to understand consumer needs and compile insightful campaign reports that inform strategic direction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify opportunities for enhancement, devise strategies, and implement business initiatives to boost brand visibility.
  • Formulate and present a comprehensive plan to execute the proposed changes.
  • Establish new business avenues and nurture existing customer relationships to enhance retention.
  • Analyze campaign performance data and propose innovative methods, procedures, or organizational adjustments to elevate customer satisfaction.
  • Support the Marketing and Sales Managers by offering leadership, training, and mentorship to the marketing team.
  • Coordinate with senior management to ensure that the marketing and sales team’s reports align with company and client revenue objectives.

Qualifications

  • A degree in Business or a related field is preferred.
  • 0-2 years of experience in consulting.
  • Strong time management capabilities.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to lead a team.
  • Advanced problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
