Your Role:
As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will:
- Deliver direct nursing care to residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
- Supervise and delegate tasks to Quality of Life Specialists and Resident Assistants.
- Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and promote their independence.
- Monitor and report any medical or behavioral changes in residents.
- Develop and update care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Provide essential reports to the Director of Health Services regarding community conditions and resident needs.
- Administer nursing care in accordance with physician's orders and established standards.
- Coordinate nursing care with other healthcare disciplines to ensure comprehensive service delivery.
Qualifications:

- A current nursing license valid in the state of Connecticut.
- A commitment to being available for any emergencies that may arise.
