Overview

Discount Tire is seeking a skilled Tire Service Technician to join our team. As a Tire Service Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and safety of our customers' vehicles.

Responsibilities
  • Install new tires and wheels, ensuring proper fitment and balance
  • Perform routine tire maintenance, including rotations, balancing, and repairs
  • Conduct thorough inspections to identify potential issues and recommend solutions
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training or certification in tire service a plus
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with tire service software
