About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Tire Service Technician to join our team at Discount Tire. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing new tires and wheels, performing maintenance on tires, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install new tires and wheels on cars, trucks, and commercial vehicles
  • Perform routine tire maintenance, including rotations, balancing, repairs, and cleaning
  • Follow safety guidelines and best practices to ensure a safe working environment
  • Participate in hands-on, on-the-job training to develop your skills and knowledge
  • Provide a world-class customer service experience to our valued customers
Requirements
  • Must have a positive attitude and be dedicated to providing excellent customer service
  • Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment
  • Must be coachable and trainable, with a willingness to learn and grow with our company
  • Must be able to work effectively in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues and customers
