  • Assess the qualifications of tax staff to tailor their training and development needs.
  • Engage in performance reviews and evaluations of the Tax Department.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of five to seven years of experience in public accounting, showcasing a progressive increase in tax complexity and research capabilities.
  • At least one year of experience in supervising and directing the work of tax preparers.
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting is required; a Master's degree in taxation is preferred.
  • A valid certified public accountant's license is mandatory.
