Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with project managers and marketing team to prepare marketing materials, including proposals, brochures, presentations, and reports
  • Assist in maintaining and distributing business development opportunities and tracking leads
  • Write non-technical content for marketing materials and proposals
  • Participate in client presentations and interviews
  • Analyze Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Qualifications (RFQs) and coordinate proposal schedules and milestones
  • Gather content from various sources and edit to produce persuasive copy
  • Coordinate business development materials, including proposals and statements of qualifications
  • Create and update collateral materials, including brochures and presentations
  • Participate in business development team meetings and other marketing projects as needed
Requirements:
  • BS/BA degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in marketing or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
