Job Summary:We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to work in our Progressive Care Unit (PCU). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in oncology and hematology, with experience in administering chemotherapy and managing complex patient cases. Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and developing care plans.
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest medical advancements and best practices.
- Float to all Stepdown/Advanced Care units as needed.
- Current RN licensure in the state of Ohio.
- Minimum 1.5 years of experience in oncology and hematology.
- Experience with EPIC and other electronic medical records systems.
- Ability to pass an online EKG tele competency assessment.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
