At NavitsPartners, we are seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinical Healthcare Specialist to join our team. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support.
Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with daily hygiene activities, including bathing and dressing.
- Support patients with eating, using the bathroom, and other essential needs.
- Monitor patients' physical and mental health, conducting ongoing assessments and recording observations.
- Administer medications and injections, maintaining accurate records of these activities.
- Communicate with patients' families regarding their condition and care plan.
- Update patient charts and record important details about their condition.
- Collaborate with the medical team to address concerns and coordinate patient care.
Requirements:
- Degree in Nursing or relevant field
- Licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- Experience working in healthcare
