TradeLink Solutions Company is seeking a skilled Structural Engineer to join their team in Lexington, Kentucky.

About the Position

The Structural Engineer will be responsible for designing and detailing building structures for industrial and commercial design-build projects. This includes coordinating designs between in-house disciplines and providing construction administration to field staff throughout the project duration.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the International Building Code and associated standards, as well as experience in production of construction drawings and specifications. Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, as well as RAM or similar structural analysis software, is also required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Selecting structural systems and performing necessary analysis and calculations
  • Developing construction drawings and specifications
  • Self-performing drafting and technical reports
  • Reviewing shop drawings
  • Conducting site visits and special inspections during construction

The successful candidate will have 4+ years of relevant experience in Structural Design and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited institution. Professional licensure in the state of KY is also required.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to competitive compensation, TradeLink Solutions Company offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
