About the Role

The Technical Engineering Associate will play a pivotal role in our design process, creating 2D and 3D designs that meet customer expectations. You will work closely with our team to leverage your expertise in CAD and Trane Technologies' proprietary software.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create designs and documentation utilizing computer design and product life cycle management systems.
  • Review orders to ensure accuracy before production.
  • Develop a good understanding of design and drafting standard practices, methods, and processes.
  • Lead small segments of large projects with responsibility for completion and exercise sound judgment.
Requirements
  • Associates degree or 4+ years of experience using computer aided graphic solutions.
  • Proficiency in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Creo, Inventor, or ProEngineer.
  • Programming experience is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
What We Offer
  • A base salary range of $60,000 - $70,000 per year.
  • Total compensation includes a commission/incentive plan.

This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule based out of Lexington, KY.
