Position Overview
We are currently seeking experienced HDD Foremen, Operators, Locators, as well as skilled and unskilled laborers. Compensation is based on experience and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities
HDD Foreman ($30-$40/hr):
- Manage all daily operations of the HDD crew.
- Ensure completion of all necessary documentation at the end of each workday.
- Conduct daily safety briefings.
- Clarify roles and responsibilities for operators, locators, and laborers.
- Provide training for new operators and laborers.
- Verify locates and confirm all job setup details for each bore shot.
Qualifications
- Must possess a Class A CDL.
- At least 3 years of experience in HDD crew operations.
- Strong communication skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
