Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Store Associate to join our team. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting the sales team in achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line customer support, answering questions, helping customers locate merchandise, and assisting with the check-out process.
  • Assist with receiving and unloading shipments, stocking and displaying merchandise, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Support the sales team in achieving sales goals, including processing transactions, handling customer complaints, and providing product information.
  • Work independently with minimal direction, following daily to-do lists and prioritizing tasks to meet sales goals.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management or supervisors, including cleaning, maintenance, and other tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to comprehend instructions, both verbal and written.
  • Proven ability to multi-task and meet sales goals and expectations.
  • Ability to regularly lift one to five pounds, and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
  • Ability to constantly stand, bend, and reach with a moderate amount of manual dexterity.
