Senior Cook

At Bon Appetit, we're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Cook to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes to meet the high standards of our customers.

• Prepare and cook a wide range of menu items, including entrees, sides, and desserts.
• Oversee the cooking activities of food service associates and ensure that all food is prepared to the highest standards.
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment, including ovens, stoves, and refrigerators.
• Store and label food items according to company policies and procedures.
• Follow HACCP guidelines to ensure the quality and safety of food.
• Assist in maintaining accurate daily production records and completing all required documentation.

• 3+ years of experience in a commercial kitchen environment.
• Proven track record of preparing and cooking high-quality dishes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
