The Golden Nugget is seeking a highly skilled Casino Guest Experience Manager to join our team. As a Casino Guest Experience Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, increasing rated play, and developing and managing budgets for premium slot play and VIP promotions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage budgets for premium slot play and VIP promotions to increase revenue and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure the safety and security of employees and customers by maintaining a secure and respectful environment.
  • Evaluate customer play to determine comping needs and make recommendations to management.
  • Manage and increase rated play for both tables and slots by developing and implementing effective marketing strategies.
  • Communicate with premium and rated players through personalized marketing efforts, including telemarketing and written correspondence.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Review and manage departmental financial data to ensure accurate reporting and compliance with company policies.
  • Meet with departmental directors and managers to discuss promotional status and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Three to five years of experience in sales, marketing, or casino operations, preferably in gaming, with a 4-year degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Requires a gaming license.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to deliver a high level of customer service and create a positive, memorable experience for guests.
  • Commitment to going above and beyond in the accomplishment of position responsibilities to contribute to the achievement of organizational goals.
  • Ability to present a professional image and demeanor, with a strong work ethic and teamwork.

Salary Range: USD $45,000.00 /Yr.
