About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Veterinarian to join our Community Medicine team at the ASPCA. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality veterinary care to underserved communities in New York, Miami, and Los Angeles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of veterinarians and support staff to provide exceptional patient care and client experiences.
  • Develop and implement medical protocols and procedures to ensure high-quality care.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Medical Director and other stakeholders to achieve CM objectives.
  • Provide medical consultations and support to internal ASPCA departments.
  • Participate in research and development to improve access to care for animals.
Requirements
  • Current New York State Department of Education Veterinary License.
  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum one year of experience in high-quality, high-volume spay/neuter.
  • Fear Free Veterinary certification required within 60 days of hire.
