The successful candidate will collaborate closely with a Senior Project Manager to ensure effective project oversight from initiation to completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work alongside the Senior Project Manager on various projects.
  • Oversee communication during the bidding phase and manage addenda.
  • Document and maintain records of project meetings.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships to foster satisfaction and trust.
  • Review shop drawings and manage RFIs, ASIs, COs, and PRs during the Construction Administration phase.
  • Participate in Owner-Architect-Contractor meetings.
  • Coordinate with Project Architects and consultants.
  • Ensure project compliance with established standards and specifications.
  • Conduct site inspections and provide comprehensive reports.
  • Perform final site evaluations and generate punch lists.
  • Gain familiarity with and understand relevant building codes.

Qualifications

  • In-depth knowledge of architectural principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in REVIT software.
  • Proven ability to cultivate new client relationships.
  • Professional and respectful verbal and written communication skills.
  • Dedication to integrity and accountability.
  • Capability to establish strong collaborative partnerships.
  • Willingness to embrace new ideas and perspectives.
  • Commitment to ongoing learning and improvement.

Education & Experience

  • Professional degree in Architecture is mandatory.
  • Registered Architect in Texas is required, though candidates actively pursuing licensure will be considered.
  • Familiarity with relevant building codes is essential.
  • A minimum of 5 years of overall architectural experience is required.
  • At least 1 year of experience in project management or assisting with project management tasks is necessary.
