We are an Assisted Living Facility located in the heart of Amsterdam seeking caring individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional care to our residents.

Compensation and Schedule
  • Full time and Part Time Hours available /PT weekend position for days, nights and evenings
Responsibilities
  • Assist with personal care activities, ensuring the safety and well-being of our residents
  • Meet the safety needs of clients, including the safe use of equipment such as side rails, step stools, wheelchairs, and oxygen
  • Accurately document services provided in accordance with agency policies and procedures on the day services are rendered
  • Participate in the supervisory process with other members of the healthcare team as required by NYS law
  • Perform other appropriate duties as assigned by the supervising nurse
  • Administration - Accurately document services provided in accordance with agency policy on the day of service
  • Communication - Immediately report any changes in client's condition or incidents to RN Supervisor
  • Establish and maintain effective communication and a positive relationship with residents/families
  • Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of residents and family information and client records
  • Customer Service - Adhere to agency dress code and observe personal hygiene practices when working
  • Demonstrate reliability and punctuality
