Medical Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Physician's Assistant - Home Wellness to join our team at Arkos Health. This role involves providing high-quality medical care to patients in their homes, assessing their health needs, and developing personalized treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive in-home assessments to identify patients' health needs and develop effective treatment plans.
- Provide care coordination and health promotion services to patients and their families.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transitions of care.
- Make recommendations for medications and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Physicians Assistant Certification
- Unrestricted prescribing and dispensing privileges with DEA licensure required
- 2 years' experience as Physician's Assistant preferred
- Experience working with adult, older adult, geriatric population preferred
- Ability to problem solve and prioritize dynamic patient conditions
- Flexibility, adaptability with ability to shift work assigned based on competing needs of the organization
- Driving is a requirement for this position. Current driver's license and proof of insurance
