Compensation:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and disseminate daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports to management and department leaders.
  • Conduct additional bookkeeping, administrative, and accounting tasks as necessary.
  • Deliver exceptional service to all guests throughout their stay.
  • Oversee housekeeping, security, and service requests, address guest inquiries and resolve complaints, manage reservations and check-ins, along with other front desk responsibilities.
  • Audit and reconcile all financial documentation, including cash drawer activities, credit card transactions, room charges, final bill preparation, and occupancy statistics.
Qualifications:
  • Some college education is preferred; however, a high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
  • Availability for flexible overnight shifts is essential.
  • Experience in the hospitality sector or customer service is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills are required.
  • Proficiency in computer usage is necessary; familiarity with accounting or reservation software is a plus.
