We invite applications for a postdoctoral research position in the Lee Lab at Stanford University.
Research Focus:
- Investigating circuit mechanisms underlying neurological disorders, including Parkinson's, Alzheimer's, autism, epilepsy, and empathy circuits.
- Exploring whole brain pathology, immune system, and circuit function relations.
- Developing computational models of whole brain circuits and applying machine learning techniques.
Lab Resources:
- State-of-the-art large bore 7T animal MRI system.
- Functional ultrasound system.
- Light sheet microscope with parallel imaging capabilities.
- In vivo optical imaging system.
- In vivo electrophysiology systems.
- Photometry tools.
- Optogenetics tools.
- Dedicated behavioral lab facilities.
Requirements:
- Doctorate degree in a related scientific field.
- Research experience in neuroscience.
