Fusion Technology Seeks Experienced Civil Engineers

Fusion Technology is a dynamic company seeking skilled Civil Engineers to join our team for extended engagements on overseas construction projects. As a Civil Engineer at Fusion Technology, you will be responsible for overseeing construction crews, inspecting civil construction, and managing design and design management processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, installation, commissioning, and O&M of small to large government construction projects
  • Oversight of construction crews and inspection of civil construction in government greenfield and renovation projects
  • Design and design management, including development, reviews, updates, coordination, submittals, RFIs, version control, and storage
  • Project lifecycle management, including integration, scope management, schedule, quality control and quality assurance, communications management, cost and change controls, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and closeout
  • Civil construction design, design reviews, updates, coordination, construction monitoring, and inspections
  • Responding to RFIs, control and completion of assigned tasks, and interfacing with project team members
  • Accountability for the successful execution of assigned tasks and communication with the Fusion Project Management Office
  • Use and protection of classified material, with special training on general and project-specific security requirements
Requirements:
  • Minimum of bachelor's degree in civil engineering
  • Active Secret or Top-Secret clearance (or an active Secret Clearance with the ability to receive a Top Secret)
  • Valid passport with at least 6 months remaining
  • COVID, CDC, and WHO vaccinations or willingness to get vaccinated
Preferred Skills:
  • 7+ years of experience on active construction sites
  • AutoCAD and/or Revit
  • Microsoft Office
  • High personal and professional ethical standards
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Ability to track progress using Work Breakdown Structures, Integrated Master Schedules, and project plans
