Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Service: Demonstrate a commitment to delivering excellent guest service, interacting with customers in a friendly and professional manner, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
  • Bar Operations: Follow pre-shift notes and bar menus to provide service as described, serve alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards, and maintain knowledge of various beer, wine, and spirits available.
  • Upselling and Suggestive Selling: Learn to suggestively upsell products to guests, pour drinks responsibly, and check guests' IDs to verify minimum age requirements.
  • Communication and Conflict Resolution: Communicate effectively with guests, respond to customer requests and concerns, and de-escalate intoxicated guest situations.
  • Cash Handling and Inventory Management: Handle cash accurately, maintain a clean and sanitary work station, and ensure bar equipment is clean and well-maintained.
Requirements
  • Experience: Six months or more experience bartending.
  • Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, be self-directed while working in a team-oriented environment, and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Schedule: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and long hours.
