Position Overview:
Are you skilled in culinary arts, enjoy assisting customers, and excel in organization? As a Bakery Production and Packaging Associate, you will be responsible for crafting fresh baked goods daily for our members. This involves following precise recipes, as well as wrapping, labeling, and storing products to guarantee our members receive the highest quality items for their families.
In this role, you will often manage multiple tasks simultaneously while assisting members with their bakery selections. Although the work can be demanding, our bakery team finds it fulfilling, especially as they contribute to a shared objective: ensuring member satisfaction.

Prepare bakery items based on daily production demands by operating baking equipment; adhere to recipes and preparation instructions; and ensure compliance with food safety regulations, sanitation standards, and inventory management.
Utilization of Technology:
Employ digital tools to enhance sales, improve the shopping experience, and boost associate engagement; utilize handheld devices to make real-time decisions regarding production and product quality.
Ownership of Responsibilities:
Commit to operational excellence by maintaining your workspace according to company standards; ensure quality control for bakery products; and assist members with their purchasing decisions.
