Healthcare Customer Service Representative

About the Role:
We are looking for a Healthcare Customer Service Representative to join our team at Team1Medical. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and handling patient inquiries in a medical setting.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer patient inquiries and send callers to the appropriate department
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
- Provide accurate and timely information to patients
- Route incoming calls to the correct department
- Sort mail, scan, and attach documents into EMR
- Assist with data collection and entry into EMR
Qualifications and Requirements:
- One year of customer service experience in a medical setting
- Knowledge of computers and Microsoft suite
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
What We Offer:
- $15.00 - $17.25 per hour
- Fully remote position after 4 weeks of onsite training
