Job Title: Early Intervention Developmental Specialist

Criterion Child Enrichment is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Early Intervention Developmental Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Early Intervention programs, you will provide essential services to families with children birth to 3 years of age with developmental delays or at risk for developmental delays.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized plans to support children's developmental growth and progress.
  • Collaborate with families, healthcare providers, and community agencies to ensure comprehensive support and services.
  • Conduct screenings, assessments, and home visits to identify children's needs and develop strategies for support.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to families on child development, parenting, and community resources.
  • Participate in trans-disciplinary teams to ensure continuity of services and coordination of care.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Special Education, or related field.
  • 300 hours of practicum or work experience with children under five years of age.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
