Early Intervention Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Early Intervention Developmental Specialist to join our team at Human Services Management Corp.
The successful candidate will demonstrate a deep understanding of infant-toddler development and utilize a parent coaching model in their work with families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in screenings, assessments, child groups, parent groups, center visits, and home visits as a member of the Developmental Services team.
- Collaborate with families to develop and implement individualized plans to support their child's development.
- Provide coaching and guidance to parents on strategies to promote their child's cognitive, social, and emotional development.
- Conduct assessments and screenings to identify areas of strength and need for children from birth to three years old.
- Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and stakeholders to ensure a comprehensive system of support for families.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Early Childhood Education, Special Education, or a related field.
- Experience working with infants, toddlers, and their families in a developmental services setting.
- Strong knowledge of child development theory and research.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
