Key ResponsibilitiesAs an Appliance Repair Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the effective installation, maintenance, and repair of various appliances. Your responsibilities will include:
- Diagnosing and repairing appliances in customers' homes with precision.
- Providing accurate cost estimates for repairs and installations.
- Collecting payments and ensuring efficient use of materials.
- Maintaining the company vehicle and equipment in excellent condition.
- Completing necessary documentation, including invoices and daily reports.
To be successful in this role, candidates should meet the following requirements:
- Experience in appliance repair.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Ability to navigate tablet-based technology effectively.
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally.
This full-time position offers:
- Hourly pay ranging from $30 to $40, based on experience.
- Paid time off and holidays.
- Health, dental, and vision insurance.
- Company vehicle and iPad for work purposes.
- Uniforms provided by the company.
Our work hours are structured as follows:
- 8-hour shifts.
- Day shifts from Monday to Friday.
We also offer supplemental pay options, including commission and overtime. Candidates with experience in sealed systems will be given preference.
