- Lead and manage a team of Emergency Department Nurse Managers, Assistant Nurse Managers, ER nurses, and ER Providers to deliver exceptional patient care and outcomes.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction, quality metrics, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, improve market share, and enhance the patient experience.
- Manage department budgets, resources, and personnel to ensure optimal performance and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes to ensure the department remains compliant and competitive.
Requirements:
- BSN in nursing required; MSN preferred.
