Key Responsibilities
  • Provide reporting and analysis to support trade marketing initiatives
  • Translate strategic annual planning into financial plans
  • Partner with sales teams to steer pricing for large projects and customers
  • Analyze root causes for deviations and develop recommendations
  • Collaborate with Marketing teams to define discount levels and peer prices
  • Maintain pricing blocks and profit calculators in our system
  • Develop and deliver training concepts and materials
  • Consult with sales teams on pricing and product portfolio strategies
  • Steer pricing KPIs and prepare qualitative reports
What We Offer

As a Senior Analyst, Pricing & Analytics at Hilti, you will enjoy a competitive salary range of $100,000 - $105,000, with a bonus target of $10,500 - $11,025. You will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years' experience or Master's degree with 3+ years' experience
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and financial modeling skills
  • Advanced knowledge of SAP/BI or comparable applications
  • Ability to explain pricing concepts to diverse audiences
