Fusion Medical Staffing-Radiology is seeking a skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join their team for a 13-week travel assignment in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Nuclear Medicine Technologist to work in our Radiology department. As a Nuclear Medicine Technologist, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks, including administering medications, monitoring patients, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer medications as ordered with appropriate documentation
  • Monitor and evaluate patients before, during, and post procedure depending on unit
  • Communicate and collaborate with physicians and other health team members
  • Provide and coordinate patient care with other health team members
  • Shares on-call responsibilities with a 30-minute response time if required
  • Maintain cleanliness of rooms and adequate stock of supplies
  • Transport patients as needed

Requirements:

  • One to three years experience as a Medical Technologist preferred
  • Other certifications may be required for this position
  • Critical thinking, service excellence and good interpersonal communication skills, ability to read/comprehend written instructions, ability to follow verbal instructions, PC skills
