Job Overview

Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Responsibilities

As an Effective Communication Specialist, you will provide speech and language services to students with communication disorders. Your duties will include:

  • Evaluating and diagnosing communication disorders
  • Developing individualized treatment plans based on evaluations and assessments
  • Providing speech and language therapy to students in both individual and group settings
  • Collaborating with other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for students
  • Maintaining accurate records of evaluations, assessments, and therapy sessions
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A valid Missouri state SLP License
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
